Mr Bf birthday @ Robinson Walk Sage Restaurant
Best appetizerS i ever ate.
Me: Foie GrasPan-seared duck foie gras with roasted Granny Smith apple mille-feuille crusted with walnuts, fig compote and spicedglaze of port wine and balsamico.
Mushroom Soup.
Him: Wagyu BeefCarpaccio of Wagyu beef tenderloin with mascarpone parfait scented with white truffle oil and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano,Arugula salad tossed with horseradish vinaigrette
Him: Duck ConfitDuck leg confit meat wrapped in pork crèpinette with duck crackling on pommes mousseline, slow cooked Savoy cabbage and Pommery mustard jus
This is NICE!! Pretty amazed that duck leg can taste nice.
Me: Cod Fillet of cod topped with prawn and cognac butter on seafood paella, caramelized Meyer lemon confit and an emulsion oftomato broth with sweet basil
So-so only..
Dessert: Lemon & Triple Cheese Bavarian... Not that fantasic like that we thght i sounded to be..
To my surprise the bill came to almost $200. I am going to be so broke~ Haha!
Will i go back again? I think Yes...

Bangkok Trip

We got the biggest room on the floor. haha~ I think i will go back this hotel again. We got 2 queen beds for 2 pax. So next time 4 friends can share a twin room!
Think i looked quite shag in most photos. It is a marathon trip lo.
My colleague birthday.
The live band is pretty good. At least she sings songs i heard in double o. Nice!
My colleagues shocked me bcos they drank vodka without mixer! They drink in shots. Scary.

New slipper and pedicure! Coincidencely they matched.
And i still dun like Thai Massage. it is a torment for me.
